There are two kinds of Broadcast messages.
The first one is the Email Broadcast, which allows you to send broadcast messages to the account email addresses of the App users and Contacts.
The second one is the Push Notification, which is sent to the App user’s mobile device.
The Broadcast Feature is found under Menu, on your Dashboard in the Back Office; accessed via a web browser.
